What fun it was this past weekend with the Summer Fun Retreat using the Biggest Wish Stamp Set! I partnered with my friend Missy Shipman for our “Linked by Ink” with Nancy & Missy retreat. Our goal was to make attendees feel pampered and inspired with lots of creativity! I think we met it from the responses received afterwards. Let me show you some of the things included for the retreat!
Summer Fun Retreat Bag
What fun it was shopping for fun surprises for Retreat attendees and prepping it all. The best part is when everything is set and ready to pack. It’s fun to see the special bag and retreat items come to life for the attendees! It’s hard to keep it all a surprise for them.
Inside the Bag
There was fun treats, a special swag bag and other surprises inside. A sampling of the Pattern Party Designer Paper that is a Host Only selection! Hosting a workshop (virtual or in-person) or placing a $180.00 order, is a great way to earn this fabulous 48 sheet package for FREE! I would love to help you add this awesome paper to your Designer Paper stash!

The Make n’ Takes were packaged in the pretty butterfly bag to keep them all contained. The favor with the gorgeous grape ribbon is a sneak peak of a die being released with the July-December Mini Catalog. Inside was some Chocolate covered Macadami Nuts that were carried back all the way from Maui! The ribbon holder is an idea from the Swap Boards from the Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip to Maui in May! It was a quick and simple design to recreate for the many guests.

Finally, many attendees added an Add-On Class that featured the new Soft Pastels Assortment and the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder. The pastel tips and tricks that were shared using these two products were a hit among the attendees. Many who did not sign up, were adding the Pastels and Embossing Folder to the next order.

The New Kit Collection
The new Kit Collection was a part of the Summer Fun Retreat! Attendees had a chance to see and learn about the different collections and win some prizes as along the way. A sampling of the Notes of Cheer kit was included as well in their Retreat Bag. Most importantly, guests sponsored one or more kits as part of the Retreat’s Community Service Project “Kits for Kids” and will be donated to children in the Port Byron, NY community. The Kit Collection has a Non Stamping kit and a Stamping kit that includes the stamps and a block. Each of the different kits include directions, adhesives and any embellishments that are needed to complete the each kit’s projects. It will be exciting when the 50 kit goal has been met and are delivered to the Port Byron Community.
