This is a Very Vanilla card base with various patterns and colors of designer paper. The designer paper has copper accents and patterns. The paper colors are pretty peacock, moody mauve, mossy meadow, copper clay. The paper is punched out with the Heartfelt Hexagon punch and arranged around a greeting that has been dimensionalized in the center. There are two die cut leaves adhered to the raised greeting. A linen thread bow has been adhered to the stem of the leaves. The greeting is embellished with the 2023-2025 In Color Dots.

Short on time and need an easy card to make?  This Simple Stamping with Designer Paper & Punches card is your answer!  It is easy to punch out pieces of designer paper and card stock to create a fun background.  The greeting is stamped on Very Vanilla card stock and it is raised up on the card front.  Add the Bough punched pieces and linen thread to embellish this easy card.

Simple Stamping with Designer Paper & Punches Card Supplies

  • Heartfelt Hexagon Bundle
  • All About Autumn Designer Paper – various designs punched with Hexagon Punch, 2 3/8″ x 6″ (envelope flap)
  • Autumn Leaves Dies
  • Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder
  • Thick Very Vanilla Card Stock – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
  • Card Stock – Miscellaneous colors that coordinate with designer paper 
  • Very Vanilla Scrap for Greeting
  • Ink Pads – Early Espresso, Pretty Peacock, Mossy Meadow
  • 2023-2025 In Color Dots
  • Linen Thread – 8″ 
  • Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Seal+
  • Dimensionals
  • Paper Trimmer

 

Instructions for Simple Stamping with Designer Paper & Punches Card

  1. Score & burnish card base @ 4 1/4″, set aside
  2. Punch out several designs of designer paper and card stock with the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch
  3. Emboss card stock pieces with the Exposed Brick 3D embossing folder
  4. Stamp desired greeting on Very Vanilla Card Stock, punch with Heartfelt Hexagon Punch
  5. Adhere greeting to card front with dimensionals.  This will be the start of the card front.
  6. Adhere Heartfelt Hexagon Designer Paper & Card Stock pieces to card front arranged in any pattern you desire.  Leave a space in between each one and many may hang over card front.  
  7. Trim off excess paper & card stock
  8. Die cut various leaves from coordinating card stock, adhere to tag with mini glue dots
  9. Tie a double bow with 16″ of  Linen Thread, adhere to leaves with mini glue dot
  10. Embellish with 2023-2025 In Color Dots
  11. Adhere remaining strip of Designer Paper to envelope flap
