I love creating cards for a special day. I belong to a local quilt guild and I am the “Sunshine” for the guild and get to send out all kinds of cards throughout the year. I made this Quilt Card with Stitched Triangles for a former guild member who is turning 90 years old in about another week. So I hope it makes her day even more special knowing that the guild members are still thinking of her on this special day.
To create this card, the Misty Moonlight Cardstock is first cutout with the layering square dies. Then just the outer frame gets embossed with the Subtles EF. The large scallop square is layered underneath it and the small square is inlaid in the center.
The 8 small triangles are added around to complete the quilt square. From there the rest is easy to figure out on how to finish layering everything. You can see a complete list of the supplies below.
