One Sheet Wonder Cards

This is a card using the Perennial Lavender designer paper. The card base is a purple color (highland heather) that is embossed with the Distressed Tiles embossing folder. The designer paper in the center of the card is matted onto Starry Sky card stock. There is a strip of Fresh Freesia Card Stock embossed with the Basic 3D (crosshatch) embossing folder in the center with a punched label in the center with the greeting and the words "thinking of you". There is a double tied bow of linen thread on the lift side of the punched label. Purple Fine Shimmer Gems.

These simple cards are easy using a One Sheet Wonder template to create a set of 3 cards using the Perennial Lavender Designer Paper!  It’s easy to mat and add some simple embellishments to create a beautiful card.

  • Layering Leaves Stamp Set
  • Heartfelt Hexagon Punch
  • Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder
  • Basic 3D Embossing Folder (Crosshatch)
  • Perennial Lavender Designer Paper – 6″ x 6″ (follow template), 2 3/8″ x 6″ (envelope flap)
  • Highland Heather Card Stock – (3) 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
  • Starry Sky Card Stock – (2) 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″, 2″ x 5 1/2″
  • Fresh Freesia Card Stock – (3) 3/4″ x 4 1/4″
  • Basic White Card Stock – Scrap (greeting)
  • Memento Ink Pad
  • Purple Fine Shimmer Gems
  • Linen Thread – 16″
  • Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Seal+
  • Mini Glue Dots
  • Dimensionals
  • Paper Trimmer
  • Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine

Instructions for One Sheet Wonder Cards

  1. Score & burnish card base @ 4 1/4″
  2. Emboss card front with Distressed Tile Embossing Folder
  3. Emboss 3/4″ Fresh Freesia Card Stock Strip with Crosshatch Embossing Folder, set aside
  4. Cut 6″ x 6″ designer paper according to template
  5. Layer Designer Paper onto Starry Sky Mats, adhere embossed Fresh Freesia Card Stock strips, adhere to card front with dimensionals
  6. Stamp greeting on scrap Basic White Card Stock with Memento Ink, punch out with Heartfelt Hexagon punch, adhere to card front with dimensionals
  7. Tie a double bow with linen thread, adhere to card front with Mini Glue Dot
  8. Embellish with Purple Fine Shimmer Gems
  9. Adhere remaining strip of Designer Paper to envelope flap, trim off excess

 

This is a 6x6 One Sheet Wonder Template that has measurements for cutting the necessary pieces for 3 cards.
