The Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper is absolutely gorgeous! It is so elegant yet portrays a warm feel and a terrific way to celebrate. Inkin’ with Heart Stampers team member Mary presented it at our Mini Catalog Extravaganza. She did a terrific job with teaching us how to score and assemble the card to create the gate fold. Using the stamps and dies from the Poinsettia Petals bundle added a great touch with the flower. The designers did a wonderful job with the different shapes of the flower petals to add character. Thank you Mary for sharing this wonderful card with us!
- *Start with 4 1/4″ x 8″ piece of card stock – score on the 8″ side at 1 1/4″, 2 1/2″, 5 1/2″, 6 3/4″
- Fold along the score lines – when lying flat it will have a mountain, flat valley, and another mountain
- Glue 1″ strips of DSP on the 4 panels
- Stamp your middle panel
- With a 1″x5″ piece of card stock add your neutral strip with your greeting to it
- Lay card flat with the right panel folded towards the center (this will now measure 4 1/4″x5 1/2″
- Place adhesive on the ends of the 1″ strip. Adding too much will make it stick where you don’t want it to. Refer to the photos to help with placement. There is no adhesive in the middle of the Card Stock strip
