Elegant Borders dies are part of Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusives and give a beautiful, lacy edge to card & envelopes.  The Elegant Borders dies are easy to use with a few “how to” tips shared in the video to get the best die cutting results!  Using the Hues of Happiness Designer Paper adds to the elegance of the dies and adds a simple “WoW” to the card.  This designer paper retires May 1st or sooner if supplies sell out. 

Elegant Borders Dies Card Supplies

• Thick Basic White Card Stock – 4 1/4″ x 11
• Basic White Card Stock – 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
• Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper – 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ , 2 3/8″ x 6″ (envelope flap), die cut or fussy cut flower  & leaf images from designer paper
• Glossy Dots 
• Memento Ink Pad
• Multipurpose Liquid Glue
• Dimensionals
• Take Your Pick Tool

Instructions for Elegant Borders Dies Card

1. Score and fold card base 5 1/2″
2. Adhere Designer Paper to card base
3. Choose desired border die and decide whether card is portrait or landscape and die cut on basic white card stock.  Make sure the die is facing the correct way with cutting edge to the outside.  Place a piece of wax paper between die and card stock.  You may want to secure die on platform with Post It tape.  Make sure to run it through cut & emboss machine 2-3 times.  Use Take Your Pick Tool brush end if necessary to remover pieces from the die. 
4. Stamp greeting with memento ink, adhere to card front
5. Die cut or fussy cut desired flowers.  Adhere to card front.  Some may be added with dimensionals
6. Embellish with Glassy Dots
7. Adhere remaining Designer Paper to envelope flap
