This has been a fun way to create a Patchy Quilt background with the Toile Tidings DSP and Postage Stamp Punch for Day #28 of the DSP Sale Celebration. The Toile Tidings designer paper has many different scenes to choose from for the background. Another great feature of this paper is that one side is all real red and the other is garden green.

After all the dsp pieces are punched, some will need to be punched a little bit smaller. Using a sticky note attached to the punched piece, makes it easy to insert it into the punch. The right photo shows how to line it up in the punch to get a shorter piece. This is a great tip to always remember.

Planning the layout of the pieces are helpful in designing the card. The top left and right pieces were added with dimensionals and the rest are adhered with adhesive to create the Patchy Quilt background. Check out the Garden Green color combo.
Both the Real Red and Garden Green cards have some very vanilla die cuts from the So Many Snowflake dies. Adding some jewels adds some bling to the center of the snowflakes.

Another nice way to use the Toile Tidings paper, and like that you embossed the background with the winter snow embossing folder – gives it just a little added touch! I just added the Postage Stamp punch to my wish list.
I LOVE this
I really like it also with this designer paper. It works really well. It’s kind of like a group of photos hanging on the wall.
